At TikVerify, we are committed to providing high-quality, fully verified TikTok agency ad accounts and professional support to help you run advertising campaigns efficiently. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing our services.

1. Services Provided

TikVerify provides:

  • Access to fully verified TikTok agency ad accounts

  • Fast, step-by-step video guidance to claim and use accounts

  • Ongoing support for account use

  • Compliance guidance to ensure accounts are used according to TikTok policies

All services are delivered in a professional and compliant manner.

2. Payment

  • Payments for account access are due in full at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing is clearly displayed on the website:

    • $79 for one ad account

    • $125 for three ad accounts

  • A post-paid 2% fee on ad spend applies post spend. for example you spent 100$ the fee is only 2$.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • TikVerify fails to deliver the account or service as described, and no access is provided.

  • The account is not usable due to an error on our part.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The client has received account access and guidance, even if campaign results are not as expected.

  • The client violates TikTok platform rules, terms of service, or misuses the account.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee:
If any issues occur with the account within 30 days of delivery, TikVerify will provide a replacement account at no additional cost.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Contact TikVerify at WhatsApp or finance@tikverify.com within 7 business days of account delivery.

  • Provide a clear explanation and any supporting evidence showing that the service was not delivered as promised.

Refund requests will be reviewed, and approved refunds will be processed.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. Changes to Policy

TikVerify reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
