TikVerify Refund Policy

At TikVerify LLC, we are committed to delivering high-performance advertising infrastructure and professional technical support. Because our services involve manual provisioning and the allocation of premium digital assets, this policy outlines the specific conditions regarding refunds and our 30-day continuity guarantee.

1. Service Delivery Definition

TikVerify provides specialized B2B services, including:

• Provisioning of verified agency-tier advertising environments.

• Technical Onboarding and integration documentation.

• Strategic Oversight to ensure infrastructure alignment with global platform standards.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the immediate costs associated with infrastructure allocation and entity verification, refunds are strictly limited to the following scenarios:

• Non-Delivery: If TikVerify fails to provision the requested advertising environment within the promised timeframe and no access has been granted.

• Technical Defect: If the provisioned environment is non-functional upon delivery due to a direct error in our technical setup, and a restoration cannot be performed.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

• Campaign Performance: Lack of specific advertising results, ROAS, or sales volume.

• Policy Violations: Infrastructure suspensions resulting from the Client’s advertising content, landing pages, or violations of target platform (e.g., TikTok) Terms of Service.

• Change of Mind: Once the provisioning process has begun and technical resources have been allocated.

3. 30-Day Continuity Guarantee

TikVerify prioritizes operational uptime. We provide a 30-Day Continuity Guarantee on all provisioned assets:

• Scope: If your advertising environment faces technical instability or infrastructure blocks within 30 days of delivery, TikVerify will provide a complimentary restoration or a new asset provisioned at no additional cost.

• Exclusion: This guarantee does not apply to assets disabled due to Client-side violations of platform advertising policies.

4. Operational Service Fees

• Provisioning Fees: These are one-time fees paid for the initial setup and are considered fully earned upon delivery of access.

• Maintenance Surcharge (2%): The 2% operational fee applied to advertising spend is non-refundable as it covers the real-time technical maintenance and priority support of the active infrastructure.

5. Requesting a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a review, clients must follow these procedures:

• Timeline: Requests must be submitted via finance@tikverify.com or our official WhatsApp support channel within 7 business days of the identified issue.

• Documentation: Clients must provide technical evidence (screenshots or error logs) demonstrating that the infrastructure issue is unrelated to campaign content or platform policy violations.

• Review Period: All requests undergo a manual audit by our technical team within 48 business hours.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, credits may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

7. Policy Amendments

TikVerify LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund & Continuity Policy to align with changing platform regulations. Continued use of our infrastructure following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
