1. Services

TikVerify provides:

  • Access to our fully verified TikTok agency ad accounts

  • Step-by-step video guidance to claim and use accounts

  • Compliance and security guidance for proper account use

All services are provided in accordance with TikTok platform policies and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

  • By using TikVerify, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Use of Services

  • You agree to use TikVerify services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, TikTok rules, and these Terms.

  • You will not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

  • You are responsible for the security and management of accounts accessed via TikVerify.

  • TikVerify is not responsible for account bans, restrictions, or losses resulting from misuse or violation of TikTok platform policies.

4. Payment

  • All pricing and packages are clearly displayed on our website:

    • $79 for one TikTok agency ad account access

    • $125 for three TikTok agency ad account access

    • Post-paid 2% fee on ad spend

  • Payments must be made in full prior to account delivery.

  • Refunds and replacements are governed by TikVerify’s Refund Policy.

  • TikVerify reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Confidentiality

  • TikVerify values your privacy and handles all personal and business information securely.

  • We do not share your data with unauthorized third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TikVerify provides access to TikTok agency ad accounts and guidance on claiming and using them, but does not guarantee specific results, revenue, or campaign performance.

  • TikVerify is not liable for any losses, damages, or account suspensions arising from misuse or failure to comply with TikTok platform policies.

  • Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and tools provided by TikVerify remain the property of TikVerify.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

  • TikVerify reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for clients who violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse TikTok agency ad account access.

9. Changes to Terms

  • TikVerify may update these Terms at any time.

  • Significant changes will be communicated to clients.

  • Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA

  • Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of this state/country.
