TikVerify Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TikVerify LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the specialized advertising infrastructure and consultancy services provided by TikVerify LLC (“TikVerify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

TikVerify is a business-to-business (B2B) consultancy that provides specialized advertising infrastructure provisioning. Our services include:

• Infrastructure Provisioning: Facilitating access to verified agency-tier advertising environments.

• Onboarding & Technical Support: Providing documentation and guidance for the successful integration of advertising assets.

• Continuity Management: Ongoing monitoring of infrastructure stability and platform alignment.

  
  

2. Service Eligibility & Vetting

TikVerify services are intended for professional media buyers and legal business entities. By applying for access, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• Your business activities comply with the advertising policies of the platforms you intend to utilize.

• You have passed our internal business model review.

  
  

3. Provisioning & Fee Structure

Client agrees to the following fee structure for professional onboarding and infrastructure access:

• Initial Provisioning Fee: A one-time fee (as selected at checkout) covering the manual verification, entity setup, and deployment of the advertising environment.

• Operational Service Fee: A % surcharge on gross advertising spend, covering ongoing technical maintenance and priority platform support.

• Non-Refundable Nature: Provisioning fees are earned upon the successful delivery of access credentials. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. Infrastructure Usage & Compliance

• Platform Adherence: Clients must operate all provisioned assets in strict accordance with the target platform’s (e.g., TikTok) Terms of Service.

• Prohibited Conduct: Assets may not be used for deceptive, illegal, or high-risk categories that violate platform integrity.

• Liability for Misuse: TikVerify provides the framework for advertising but is not responsible for campaign content. Any suspension resulting from a violation of platform policies (ad creative, landing page, or product violations) is the sole responsibility of the Client.

  
  

5. Continuity & Stability Guarantee

TikVerify provides a 30-Day Continuity Guarantee. If a provisioned environment faces technical infrastructure failure (unrelated to Client content violations) within 30 days of deployment, TikVerify will provide a complimentary restoration or re-provisioning of the asset.

6. Limitation of Liability

TikVerify LLC acts as an infrastructure provider. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), or traffic volume.

• Indirect Damages: In no event shall TikVerify be liable for lost profits, loss of data, or indirect damages.

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific provisioning service in question.

  
  

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

TikVerify employs industry-standard security measures to protect Client business data. We do not share proprietary campaign data or Client identities with unauthorized third parties, except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All onboarding materials, video guides, and proprietary workflows provided by TikVerify are the intellectual property of TikVerify LLC and may not be redistributed or resold without express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Wyoming.

10. Independent Relationship Disclosure

TikVerify LLC is an independent service provider. We are not an official representative, employee, or endorsed partner of TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., or Google. We operate as an external consultancy providing technical infrastructure solutions.

By using TikVerify LLC services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
